INTRODUCTION

Kohalpur Netralaya (KN) is a Centre for comprehensive eye health services. The Institute offers comprehensive patient care, sight enhancement and rehabilitation services, and high-impact rural eye health programs. It also offers training in human resources for different levels of ophthalmic personnel.

Kohalpur Netralaya provides the eye care education to all the general health personal, community health worker, eye health worker, Ophthalmic assistant, and Optometrist if needed. Those with and without health-related degrees if interested are encouraged to contact us for eye health education at our institute.

The mission of Kohalpur Netralaya is to be a center of excellence in eye care services, basic and advanced level clinical research into eye diseases and vision-threatening conditions, training, and rehabilitation for those with an incurable visual disability, with a focus on extending equitable and efficient Eyecare to underserved populations in Nepal.
